Poor Customer ServiceApr 14, 2010
By Mac G Toltec Trading has very poor customer service. Didn't ship and didn't bother to notify me that all 4 of my items are somehow out of stock. These were intended as first communion gifts and I am scrambling now at the last minute. They didn't even cancel the order. Instead, they suggested I order something else from them. WHY? If it isn't in stock, they might take another two weeks to let me know. Very disappointing.
