You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase. The items must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. To return merchandise, please follow the steps below. 

1. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned items for.
   
2. Indicate a reason for your return on our shipping form.
3. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your purchased item, and a copy of the shipping form. 
4. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR ADDRESS. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our address. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation on your package.
5. Once your returned item is received, it will be processed with 10 business days. Blue Earth Enterprises will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.
6. If a package comes back to us marked as refused or unable to deliver. We will charge a 25% restocking fee. We will refund the cost of the product but not the shipping.
7. If you received free shipping, and you return an item for any non-defective reason a $5.00 shipping and handle fee will be included.
8. Regarding Rings Please note: Because every printer is different the Amazon Sizing Chart almost NEVER works. So its best to size your finger at a jewelry store with a metal finger sizer.
9. If you are returning an item for a different size. We will pay the shipping if we sent you an item other than what you ordered. If you want a size different that what you ordered you must include $5.00 for shipping & handling for domestic orders; $15.00 for international orders. Be sure to include the new size you want.
10. If you return an item for an exchange for any non-defective reason you must include $5.00 for shipping & handling for domestic orders; $15.00 for international orders.
11. If you return a Gold item for any non-defective reason, there will be a 25% restocking charge on that item.
